3D resin prototype
DLJ uses a medical-grade 3D printer, and the fineness can reach 0.01mm, which is thinner than the tip of your hair. The detailed prototype model enhances the sophistication of your jewelry. The advantages we provide are more than that. Taking the basic model as an example, up to 270 sets of models can be made in one day.
Fast manufacturing technology. Compared with traditional wax carving, it takes at least a few weeks to see the finished product. DLJ can provide you the finished 3D resin within two days.

Casting
DLJ introduced a precision casting method to reduce the formation of sand holes (sand inclusion), increase density and improve the integrity of finished products. Compared with traditional casting, we can achieve detailed surface texture, effectively reducing subsequent processing, thereby increasing the finished products rate.
In addition to precision casting, we also provide centrifugal casting, which uses centrifugal technology to distribute metal to every corner evenly. This technique can effectively concentrate impurities and reduce the generation of contaminants.
